Terms of Service

Account and organization

You create your account with a valid email you own, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Whoever creates an organization owns it, and only the owner may invite members, set their roles, and delete the organization.

Credentials must not be shared, and you must tell us as soon as you suspect unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

Do not use the platform in breach of Saudi law, to send messages to people who did not consent, to attempt access to another organization's data, or to load the service automatically.

We may suspend an abusive account, and will tell the holder why unless the law prevents it.

Subscription and payment

Subscriptions are monthly or yearly depending on the plan, and renew automatically unless cancelled before the next cycle begins.

Prices are shown in the platform and may change; a change applies to the next cycle, not the current one, and we notify you before it takes effect.

Cancelling stops renewal, and the service continues to the end of the paid cycle.

All payments — subscriptions and credit packages — are processed by Digitelz Labs, which collects them in its own name on behalf of BeatShell through the Tap payment gateway. Your card statement will therefore show Digitelz rather than BeatShell.

Cards are paid on Tap's secure page; card details never reach BeatShell or Digitelz. Refund requests are made to us, and we carry them out through Digitelz.

Credits

Credits are a prepaid balance spent on per-unit services such as SMS.

Credits are deducted when the service is performed and refunded automatically if it fails on our side. Your credit ledger shows every top-up, deduction and refund with its date.

Credits cannot be converted to cash and remain valid while the account exists.

Your data is yours

Data your organization enters remains its own. We process it only to run the service, in line with the privacy policy.

You may export your data and delete your organization at any time from inside the platform.

Availability and support

We aim for a service available around the clock and do not promise zero downtime. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

Termination

You may end your subscription whenever you wish. We may end the service on a material breach of these terms or non-payment after notice.

On termination, data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.

Limitation of liability

The service is a tool for running your organization; the operational and financial decisions you make based on what it shows remain yours.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our liability is limited to what you paid for the subscription in the twelve months before the event.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Saudi courts have jurisdiction over them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the last updated date appears at the top of the page, and we notify you of material changes before they take effect.
